Single Game Ticket Sales Brisk On First Day at Camelback Ranch – Glendale
January 17, 2009
GLENDALE, ARIZONA — When the first day of single-game ticket sales for the inaugural season of Cactus League games in 2009 at the new spring home of the White Sox and Dodgers in Glendale, Arizona came to a close on Saturday, January 17, officials were pleased to announce there had been 23,000 tickets sold.
“Our strong first day of single-game ticket sales is a good indication of what’s to come,” offers Greg Corns, vice president-business operations for Camelback Ranch-Glendale. “Today’s strong showing is due in large part to the great followings of the White Sox and Dodgers.”
Combined with previous sales of season tickets, partial ticket plans, and group tickets, the White Sox and Dodgers already have sold approximately 58,000 tickets for 2009 home games at Camelback Ranch-Glendale.
